When all the socio-economic and socio-cultural data of the project area are examined, considering also the advantages created by the location of the land, and adding reasons such as the poor quality of the building stock in Esenler district and the inadequacy of public facilities, it is observed that functions aiming to serve the public, and especially the dense elderly and young population in the region, come to the forefront.
Within the project, it is planned to include: a Daily Geriatric Center, Eye, Dental, and Geriatric Outpatient Clinics to serve especially the elderly population; a Beltur Café, Digital Library, and Girls’ Dormitory to serve the young population; a Public Restaurant (Kent Lokantası), Multi-Purpose Hall to serve low-income socio-economic groups; and office functions that are foreseen to provide financing for all these functions.
